All Jobs Screen
This section lists all the jobs and shows important information for each job. Multiple actions can be carried out here, such as multiple job downloads, multiple job printing or multiple job approval. The jobs listed can be filtered by site or job status. Most columns in this section can be ordered either ascending or descending.
Single Job Detail Screen
This screen provides a detailed view of each job. The various transcribed documents that were created in the different stages can be retrieved here. Each job's particular details can also be edited from this section.
Dashboard Screen
The dashboard section provides a quick snapshot of important activities happening in the system. The purpose is to provide each logged-in user an overview of items that fits their roles. Messages can also be posted in the section as announcements.
